STEP 1: Open up your photo (I am using Amanda Bynes, You may also use the same picture) After opening your photo duplicate the layer

STEP 2: Edit the layer you just made (layer 2). Go to filter>pixelate>mosaic. Then set the size you would like... I am using 65, It should look something like this:


STEP 3:Then set your layer to whatever you like (screen, overlay, soft light, hard light etc.) I'm using overlay.


STEP 4:After setting your you may want to change the opacity Mine is around 65%



Then that is it! You are done!!!
