In this tutorial i will be teaching you in Abobe Photoshop how to make a border around you image.
STEP 1: First, open up your image... I am using Gwen Stefani (love her!!) (:


STEP 2: Then duplicate your image!

STEP 3: Now, editing the background copy, go to this image at the bottom of your layer box. click it and go down to the bottom to stroke.

STEP 4: Now that you are editing you layer style make your settings to the desired size, color, opacity etc. **Make sure that you set the position to INSIDE So it will show up (: Now you are done!! Your image should look somewhat like this!
